Privacy Notice

1. Data controller

Davi (“Davi”, “we”) is responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and the Privacy Notice Guidelines. 2. Personal data we collect

To provide our services we may collect: identification data (name, date of birth, data from your INE ID), contact data (email, phone), location data (state and municipality) and your account data.

3. Sensitive personal data

Davi may process sensitive personal data, in particular your blood type and health data related to donation. In accordance with article 9 of the LFPDPPP, processing this data requires your express consent. By registering your blood type and availability as a donor, you grant such consent. This data is processed with reinforced security measures and is never shared without your authorization.

4. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes: verify your identity, connect donors with requesters, facilitate communication within the platform and formalize donation agreements. Secondary purposes: improve our services and send you informational communications. You can object to the secondary purposes by writing to privacidad@donadavi.com.

5. Transfers

Your contact details are only shared with the other party when both confirm a donation agreement within the app. We do not sell or trade your personal data. We may use service providers acting as processors, contractually bound to protect your information.

6. ARCO rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify and Cancel your personal data and to Object to its processing (ARCO rights), as well as to revoke your consent. To exercise them, send your request to privacidad@donadavi.com stating your name, the data over which you wish to exercise the right and an identification proving you are the data owner. We will respond within the timeframes set by the LFPDPPP.

7. Security measures

We implement administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing.

8. Cookies

Davi uses the following types of cookies:

• Essential cookies: required for the site to work (session, language preferences). They do not require consent.
• Analytics cookies: we use Vercel Analytics to understand how users navigate the site. They are only activated with your consent. They are not shared with third parties.

You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clearing your browser data.
