Last updated: January 1, 2025

1. Acceptance of the terms

By creating an account or using Davi you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Nature of the service

Davi is a connection platform that connects voluntary blood donors with people who need donations. Davi is not a medical service; it does not provide healthcare, does not perform extractions or transfusions and is not a blood bank. All donations take place at the corresponding health institutions and under their supervision.

3. Voluntary and unpaid donation

In accordance with NOM-253-SSA1-2012, on the disposal of human blood and its components for therapeutic purposes, blood donation through Davi is always voluntary, altruistic and unpaid. Offering or requesting payment in exchange for a donation is strictly prohibited. Accounts that breach this provision will be suspended.

4. Medical liability disclaimer

Eligibility to donate blood is determined exclusively by the medical staff of the health institution. Davi does not guarantee the suitability of any donor nor the results of any donation. Davi is not responsible for acts, omissions or medical consequences arising from contact between users. Any clinical decision is the responsibility of health professionals.

5. User obligations

You undertake to provide truthful information, to use the platform in good faith, to respect other users and not to use Davi for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you publish, including your blood type.

6. Account and verification

Identity verification via INE seeks to increase trust between users, but does not constitute an absolute guarantee. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your access credentials.

7. Intellectual property

The Davi brand, logo and platform contents are property of Davi and are protected by applicable law. You may not use them without prior written authorization.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and take effect upon publication.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For their interpretation and fulfillment, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply to them.
